Brenda Cioce
Brenda Cioce began her property management career in South Florida with Trammell Crow/Avalon Bay in 1989. She joined Roseland Property Management in 1996, which was later acquired by Mack-Cali in 2012. As President of Property Management, Brenda led operations and grew the portfolio from 3,000 units across 14 communities to over 10,000 units across 40.
Throughout her career, Brenda has cultivated a wealth of knowledge in managing high-performing teams, optimizing property values, and driving operational excellence. Her leadership and ability to create a collaborative corporate culture resulted in the consistent achievement of top property values and rents within her Class-A portfolio.
In 2018, Brenda leveraged her extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit to found RHO Residential. By creating her own property management company, Brenda brought a fresh, people-centric approach to the industry, emphasizing strong leadership, employee development, and unparalleled customer service. As President, she has built RHO Residential into a thriving organization with a growing portfolio, where communities benefit from her expertise, vision, and personalized care.

David Schoer
As Chief Financial Officer of RHO Residential, David Schoer oversees the company’s finance, accounting, financial reporting, information technology, and treasury functions. With extensive experience in financial, operational, and strategic leadership, he brings expertise from both the owner/developer and managed service perspectives.
Before joining RHO, David was the Director of Accounting and Operations at Saxum Real Estate, where he managed financial reporting and asset management for $2 billion in real estate capitalizations across industrial, multifamily, and office sectors. Under his leadership, Saxum expanded its portfolio to over 30 assets, securing more than $500 million in equity and debt financing. Prior to Saxum, David worked as a Senior Property Accountant at Roseland, a Mack-Cali company.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, David specializes in financial reporting and asset management, playing a key role in driving RHO Residential’s financial strategy and growth.

Angelica Facchini
Angelica Facchini brings over 25 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and leadership to her role as Sr. Vice President of Strategy & Risk Management at RHO Residential. She began her career at a startup insurance company, where she played a key role in its growth into a publicly traded organization for over two decades. During this time, she developed expertise in strategic execution, critical thinking, and the fundamental value of people in driving business success.
Following her tenure in insurance, Angelica spent six years as a consultant, advising clients on business transformation, risk management, and digital innovation. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and build high-performing teams made her a natural fit for RHO Residential.
At RHO, Angelica oversees strategy, risk management, business planning, and organizational design. She also leads key initiatives in process optimization, communication, and talent development. Known for her analytical mindset and results-driven approach, she is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

Gabriela Buchanan
As Vice President of Asset Management at RHO, Gabriela Buchanan oversees property management and technology, bringing over 20 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use real estate.
Gabriela began her real estate career as a Property Administrator within Roseland Property, managing financial reporting and market analysis. She has since held leadership roles in corporate housing, leasing, client relations, and lease administration. Her experience extends to planning and development, new construction, acquisitions, and lease-up projects.
On the financial side, Gabriela has extensive knowledge in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, audit compliance, and revenue modeling. She successfully led the rollout of Yardi software across a 10,000-unit portfolio, overseeing data conversion, implementation, and testing for over 300 users.
Before joining RHO Residential, Gabriela served as a Director at FitechGelb, where she specialized in software conversions and best practice consulting for residential and retail property management firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University.

Gina Barretti
With a passion for creativity and a deep understanding of market trends, Gina Barretti serves as the Director of Marketing at RHO Residential. She brings extensive experience in marketing, branding, and strategic planning, ensuring that RHO’s communities remain competitive and highly sought after.
Gina is responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. She leverages data-driven insights to refine campaigns, optimize performance, and maximize ROI. From digital campaigns and social media initiatives to strategic partnerships, her leadership ensures that RHO’s corporate and client brands stay relevant in an ever-evolving market.
Beyond marketing, Gina plays a key role in new development projects. She advises on amenity offerings and residence features to attract prospects, enhance the resident experience, and align with market demand. She also facilitates interior design decisions, ensuring that each community reflects a cohesive and desirable aesthetic. Working closely with cross-functional teams, she ensures that branding, design, and development strategies align with RHO’s business objectives.
A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing, Gina combines creativity with strategic insight to drive success across RHO’s portfolio.

Tim Kelly
Tim Kelly joined RHO Residential at its inception in 2019 as Controller, where he oversees general accounting management, financial reporting, and annual audits.
Prior to RHO, Tim held senior leadership roles, including Senior Fund Controller at CBRE, focusing on fund-level accounting and compliance for third-party property management companies, and managing asset acquisitions and dispositions of real estate investments across the U.S. As Vice President at BlackRock’s Real Estate Fund Accounting Group, he managed accounting for multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios, implemented accounting controls and audits with Ernst & Young, and developed accounting policies and procedures.
Tim also served as Accounting Manager at Roseland Property Companies (Veris), where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting for several multifamily properties. He has significant experience with multifamily, retail, and commercial properties, including joint ventures and wholly owned investments, working with both institutional clients and single-family real estate investors.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Centenary University.

Brooke Nielsen
Brooke Nielsen began her property management career in 2009, working in military housing at Fort Drum, NY. After returning to New Jersey in 2012, she continued her path in the industry, joining Roseland Property Company as a Leasing Specialist. Through dedication and skill development, she advanced to Director of Operations before joining RHO Residential in 2019 as Regional Director of Operations.
As Sr. Regional Director of Operations, Brooke oversees onsite operations, training, processes, and employee development. She prioritizes hands-on training and mentorship, regularly engaging with her teams through property walks, leasing strategy discussions, resident relations, and financial reviews. She fosters a strong sense of teamwork and support among onsite staff, ensuring they feel connected and empowered.
Brooke also believes in making key meetings—such as quarterly manager sessions and annual budget reviews—engaging and enjoyable, creating an environment where employees can thrive even under demanding deadlines. Her leadership approach blends structure with a lighthearted touch, promoting both efficiency and a positive workplace culture.

Kevin O'Donnell
Kevin O’Donnell began his career in property management in 1995 with AvalonBay Communities. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kevin has built a comprehensive skill set and deep expertise in property management. He has worked with companies such as Roseland Property Company and Edgewood Properties, where he has gained invaluable experience across diverse markets in New Jersey.
As Regional Director of Property Management, Kevin oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring efficient management, strategic growth, and high-quality service across his portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing property performance, managing budgets, driving leasing and occupancy goals, and maintaining a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. He has been instrumental in developing operational processes and procedures to streamline property management activities and improve efficiency.
Kevin is an alumnus of Saint Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New Jersey.

Ruben Diaz
Ruben Diaz began his property management career 13 years ago with Roseland Property Company/Mack-Cali/Veris Properties, gaining extensive experience in Class A maintenance operations.
He joined RHO Residential in 2019 as Sr. Maintenance Manager before advancing to Area Maintenance Manager. Known for his hands-on approach and technical expertise, Ruben excelled in troubleshooting complex building systems, from HVAC to plumbing, ensuring peak performance. In this role, he oversaw five communities, trained staff, managed budgets, and implemented strategies to enhance property maintenance and longevity.
Now, as Regional Director of Maintenance, Ruben oversees maintenance operations across RHO Residential’s entire portfolio. His leadership upholds the highest property standards, ensures seamless operations, and drives excellence in staff training, vendor relations, and contract management.

Darla Bousselot
Darla Bousselot joined RHO Residential as the Director of Human Resources, bringing a deep passion for people and organizational development. As a certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), she leverages her expertise in people management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement to cultivate a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Before joining RHO, Darla successfully operated an independent insurance agency for 17 years alongside her husband while also managing her own real estate brokerage firm and building a personal real estate portfolio. Prior to entrepreneurship, she held leadership roles as a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Consultant, and Territory Manager in the insurance and healthcare industries.
Darla holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Mississippi. Her diverse background in business ownership, leadership, and human behavior allows her to bring a unique and strategic approach to HR at RHO Residential.

Frankie Sinatra
Frankie, a native of New Orleans, is the proud product of a litter of six, and as the only blue and tan dachshund in his family, he likes to think of himself as a unique breed of leader. In 2019, he made the big move to New Jersey and officially joined the RHO Residential Executive Team.
As Head of Puplick Relations, Frankie works closely with Gina Barretti, our Marketing Director, to help boost RHO’s brand presence and engage our target audiences with his undeniable charm. His duties include maximizing our presence on web and social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and organizing events to raise awareness of RHO Residential.
In addition to his regular responsibilities, Frankie is currently leading RHO’s charitable initiatives, particularly focusing on supporting animal shelters and rescue organizations. When he’s not hard at work, Frankie enjoys the finer things in life: eating (basically anything), napping (preferably in a sunbeam), and kayaking (though he prefers to ride in style rather than paddle).
