Primary Responsibilities
- Maximize New Operating Income through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
- Provide high quality staff through effective recruitment, training, and development programs in conjunction with HR.
- Develop operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
- Implement all policies and procedures as authorized in the company policy and procedures manuals, and ensure compliance.
- Supervise Maintenance team.
- Maintain consistent and strong customer service orientation.
Essential Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly developed sales and customer service skills
- 3-5 years Class A property management, including lease-up, experience
- Proficient in Yardi property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements and vendor and contractor management
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000-$90,000
