Aysha Leak-Saunders joins RHO as Vice President of Talent and Leadership

RHO Residential is proud to announce that Aysha Leak-Saunders has joined the company as Vice President of Talent & Leadership Development.

Aysha is a seasoned real estate and learning and development executive with more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams and developed workplace cultures centered around employee engagement, professional growth, and long-term success.

Known for her collaborative and people-first leadership style, Aysha has led corporate training and development initiatives for organizations with more than 200 employees, implementing scalable learning programs that support operational growth while strengthening employee experience and retention.

Her background includes expertise in talent development, succession planning, leadership coaching, onboarding strategy, and process improvement. She has also developed innovative internship and leadership programs designed to strengthen career pathways, cultivate future industry leaders, and create more connected organizational cultures.
