The expansion exemplifies the company’s focus on new construction projects and includes The Vale in Allendale, a 70-home community which is fast approaching 40% leased since its February launch. Also slated to come on board in the months ahead are The Harth, a 53-unit building in Millburn, NJ; Park & Arbor a 110-home development in Old Tappan, NJ; Aster Grove, a 220-home development in Warren, NJ; and The Grand, a 156-unit building in West New York, NJ.
