RHO Residential marks five years since founding, touting record growth year for North Jersey property management busines
Property management firm RHO Residential is seeing its best year of growth as it marks the fifth anniversary of its founding, as it looks to execute leasing at five new North Jersey apartment properties totaling more than 600 units by midyear.
The Roseland-based company, which also has offices in Florida and Tennessee, announced the milestone after having built a portfolio of 3,500 rental units and more than $1.7 billion in high-end multifamily assets under management to date. Founder Brenda Cioce leads the firm as its president, with a focus on providing its services to asset owners, developers and property management clients.
RHO Residential also boasts a team of 80 multifamily professionals, leveraging decades of collective experience in the industry.
“A strong understanding of the current rental landscape results in high-performing assets for our clients.” Cioce said. “Whether it’s spearheading new development leasing program or enhancing management and retention at an existing property, our specialized programs leverage our capabilities based on our clients’ needs and are designed to exceed expectations.”
RHO’s third-party management assignments include new construction projects such as The Vale, a 70-unit property in Allendale that is fast approaching 40 percent leased since its February launch, according to a news release. Also slated to come on board in the months ahead are The Harth, a 53-unit building in Millburn, as well as the 110-unit Park & Arbor project in Old Tappan.
