Presented annually by the National Apartment Association, the NAA Top Employers Awards recognize management companies and suppliers across the rental housing industry that have gone above and beyond in fostering workplace cultures centered around employee growth, engagement, and contribution.
The awards are divided into four categories, including supplier companies and management companies categorized by size: small businesses with up to 100 employees, medium businesses with 101–500 employees, and large businesses with more than 500 employees. Winners and finalists are determined directly by employee feedback collected through anonymous satisfaction surveys, making the recognition especially meaningful.
