RHO Residential Wins NJAA’s Property Management Company of the Year, Plus Multiple Industry Honors

RHO Residential recently attended the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) Annual Garden State Awards Gala and proudly received several of the evening’s top recognitions. RHO was honored with the night’s highest distinction—Property Management Company of the Year (Under 5,000 Units)—along with 12 additional awards, including Property Excellence Awards for Aster Grove, Highlands at Hilltop, Park & Arbor, and The Hillmont. RHO Residential also earned the Curb Appeal Award for District at North Market and was recognized with the Rising Star Award.

In addition to these achievements, RHO team members were celebrated across multiple categories, including Maintenance Supervisor, Leasing Professional, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Customer Service Excellence, and Regional Manager.

Judged by a panel of peers and industry experts from New Jersey and beyond, the achievement distinguishes RHO Residential as one of the most exceptional Property Management companies in the state. To be considered for an award, nominees had to submit an application, photos, letters from residents and/or peers, and other supporting documents.
