RHO Residential Appoints Salil Sheth as Chief Operating Officer

RHO Residential is pleased to announce the appointment of Salil Sheth as Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Salil will oversee day-to-day operations across RHO Residential’s expanding multifamily portfolio, leading all aspects of property management with a focus on operational excellence, performance optimization, and strategic growth. His responsibilities will include driving leasing and marketing performance, strengthening financial results, implementing scalable operational processes, and supporting the continued evolution of the organization.

Working closely with RHO Residential’s executive leadership team, Salil will play a key role in aligning company strategy with execution while helping position the organization for continued expansion throughout the Northeast.

Salil brings extensive experience in multifamily operations and leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios, improving operational performance, and building high-performing teams. His background spans operational strategy, financial oversight, asset performance, and organizational leadership, providing a strong foundation to support RHO Residential’s next phase of growth.
